  Jillian is an incredible raw food chef and educator. Her food looks sexy, is super healthy, light and delicious! It tastes as good as it looks (which isn't always the case with healthy food). I've learned so much from her. It's always a fun and enjoyable experience in the kitchen with Jillian. And super mellow - a great trait for someone who teaches, makes food, and caters events.
  
  Jillian has a big heart, lots of love that she infuses into her food, and exhibits/interacts with no stress even under time and production pressure. Highly recommend going to one of her events, finding her at a festival or a restaurant's special dinner offering, hiring her for a meal (or several) or to cater your memorable events. It's a unique treat to eat her food, delight in her drinks, and spend healthy, life -changing time with her.
